Payment, Return and Cancellation Policies for Corporate Clients

Welcome to the digital services of Workbana Oy (hereinafter “Workbana”). These terms apply to all products and services purchased from Workbana Oy’s online store. By using Workbana’s services, corporate clients agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Usage Rights for Services and Products
Workbana grants corporate clients a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use its services and products for internal business processes, such as workflow optimization or customer management. Usage rights may not be transferred to third parties without Workbana’s written consent. All usage must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
2. Payment Methods
Workbana Oy provides the following payment options for customers purchasing products or services from our website:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Online Bank Payment: Finnish banks
- Mobile Payment: MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto
- Invoice and Installment: Through selected partners like Klarna and Collector Bank
Payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment service. Workbana Oy does not store payment card details, and all transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
3. Payment Terms
All purchases on Workbana Oy’s website must be paid at the time of ordering with the selected payment method. Payment is processed securely via the selected payment provider, and the payment provider (Stripe) is responsible for securely handling payment information.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been received, we will send a confirmation email containing order details, such as products or services ordered, prices, payment method, and order number. Any digital products or services can be downloaded via the links in the confirmation email.
5. Failed Payment
If the payment fails, your order cannot be processed. This may be due to incorrect payment information or a technical issue. If you experience issues, please contact our customer service at info@workbana.com for assistance. You may also try another payment method.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Digital products and services, such as software licenses and gift cards, are non-refundable once delivered. Digital products are delivered immediately and cannot practically be returned. This also applies to unused products and services, for which no refunds are provided. If cancellation is possible before delivery, we will refund your payment via your original payment method.
7. VAT and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website include VAT in accordance with Finnish law. During checkout, the price excluding VAT, the VAT amount, and the total price are clearly displayed. For international orders, VAT is handled separately according to applicable laws.
8. Currency
All prices on Workbana Oy’s website are displayed in euros (EUR), and payments are made in euros. Any currency exchange fees and conversions are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Delivery Terms
Digital products and services are delivered immediately after payment confirmation via a link sent by email. Delivery terms for physical products are listed separately in the delivery terms. If you have not received your product, please contact customer service.
10. Limitation of Liability
Workbana is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from technical issues, service interruptions, loss of earnings, data loss, or other financial losses to the extent permitted by law. Damages caused by force majeure events are also excluded from Workbana’s liability.
11. Complaints
If a corporate client believes they have received a defective or incomplete product or service, they should contact Workbana as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product or service. Complaints should be sent to info@workbana.com and must include the company name, contact details, purchase date, and a description of the defect or deficiency. Workbana aims to process complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be primarily resolved through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Päijät-Häme. Alternatively, the parties may consider arbitration or mediation.
13. Privacy and Payment Data
Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can view [here]. Our payment provider, Stripe, is PCI DSS certified, ensuring the secure handling of payment data.
14. Payment Security
Stripe, our payment processing provider, is PCI DSS certified, guaranteeing the secure processing and protection of your payment data. All payment transactions occur in secure environments and are protected by SSL encryption.
15. Contract Validity and Termination
The contract for using Workbana’s services is valid until further notice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination notices must be sent in writing to Workbana’s contact address.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
Workbana Oy retains all intellectual property rights related to its services and products. The user has no right to modify, copy, distribute, or use the materials related to the services for purposes other than those specified in the agreement without Workbana’s written consent.
17. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business secrets and other confidential information obtained through the use of the service strictly confidential. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
18. Amendments to the Terms
Workbana reserves the right to amend these terms when necessary. Customers will be informed of changes via email or through the website. By continuing to use the services after the terms have been amended, customers accept the new terms.
19. Force Majeure
Workbana is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, network issues, or other unforeseeable events that prevent the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
20. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prior oral or written agreements and understandings are superseded by these terms.
